The MotorStorm PS3 game is one of the most impatiently awaited games on the market. With a high-paced, action packed trailer that literally took your breath away, this is one game that everyone has been itching to get their hands on and take for a test drive. The trailer left everyone waiting for a truly awesome game that would be thrilling and fun to play, and overall, MotorStorm for PS3 has not let us down.

The absolute best part of this game is the graphics. They take the gaming experience to a completely new level, showing what the PlayStation 3 is truly capable of. There are nearly flawless, with only a few blurry pixelated edges on some of the shadows, but it’s nothing that you’ll notice while racing, only when taking in the scene after a crash.

There is a good variety in the game, with a wide selection of vehicle types at your disposal, each of which has it’s own strengths and weakness. This, combined with the fact that each track has so many different paths and roads to take, means that you can get lots of very varied rides within the game, even though there are less racing options than we would have liked to see. But no matter which vehicle you’re playing or what part of the race you’re in, on thing is constant; complete chaos and mayhem on the road. This game will have you cursing more often than just about any other racing game you could play.

There are some frustrating limitations to a single player game though. You can’t opt for a quick race or do any challenges, one-on-ones or elimination races like you can with the MotorStorm PS3 multiplayer version, which you can only play online. But playing online brings the game to a completely new level, and is where you’ll have the absolute most fun, especially when you can hear your friends’ reactions as you drive them over a cliff.

With all this in mind, it’s easy to understand why the PS3 80gb MotorStorm bundle is one of the most popular PS3 bundle packages on the market. Of course, if you already have the console, you can buy the game separately from Amazon, or you can rent it from GameFly.
